Refunds & Returns Herbal supplements

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The seal cannot be broken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

T-shirts

Unfortunately, we can’t refund or exchange if you order the wrong size, only if there is an error with the product. So please check the size guide and order accordingly.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is confirmed.

To return your product please contact info@shamanic-garden.com and we will instruct you on how to send the item(s) back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Please note the total shipping cost also includes our picking & packing fees. The figures below are only estimates.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £4 flat rate shipping to the UK and FREE SHIPPING on orders over £35 to the UK ONLY.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us to confirm your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the email to arrive.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at:
